Not only is the jar super durable, but you can cook your fish in a crowded dishwasher and never worry about old food bits or your friend’s germs joining your dinner. Simply place your mason jar on the top rack and run a normal cycle.
Just to be on the safe side, we tested out the mason jar method before publishing this tip. The result? Moist and delicious poached salmon! Tip: To ensure that your salmon is cooked evenly, use one mason jar per serving.
