I’m excited to share some great news: BrightNest has been acquired by Angie’s List.
If you’re not familiar with them, Angie’s List is the trusted way to hire a local service provider. They offer detailed reviews and a user-friendly process for hiring local businesses and providers, including roofers, plumbers, house cleaners and more. We’re thrilled to be joining such an awesome company, and we believe that together we can have a bigger impact on you and your home.
To give you a bit more background – and some insight into what we’ll be doing with Angie’s List – here’s a quote from their CEO, William “Bill” Oesterle.

For starters, the BrightNest experience you know and love isn’t changing in the near term (including the "free-ness" part). Every BrightNest employee is staying on with Angie’s List, and we’re also staying in our hometown of Denver. As improvements and changes do happen, we’ll be sure to keep you updated.
